St. Francis of Assisi parish school and church is located in rural western Washington County in the unincorporated area of Roy. The school and church are not far from Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Banks, North Plains, and just a short drive out Highway 26 from the Tanasbourne area.

West from Hwy 26
Get off on Exit 55, turn left to Dersham Rd. Follow Dersham Rd. South until Harrington Rd. Turn Right or go west on NW Harrington Rd. until you see the school, a red brick building with a flag pole in front.
East from Hwy 26
Turn Right onto Mountaindale Rd. Follow Mountaindale Rd. south, then west to Roy Rd. Turn Left onto Roy Rd., going south until you see the church on the left at NW Harrington Rd. turn Left, go past the church to the red brick school building.
From Hwy 47
Turn east onto Greenville Rd. Follow Greenville Rd. east to Roy Rd. Turn left, or south towards the church & school. Then turn right onto NW Harrington Rd.
The most significant strength of St. Francis is its historic service to an enduring, unique, rural community. Dedicated, caring teachers providing a sound academic and spiritual education are the hallmark of the St. Francis experience. St. Francis School enrolls grades Kindergarten through eight and is open to all students.
St. Francis is accredited through the WCEA. The mission of the WCEA is to promote quality Catholic education for students through an accrediting process that assures the primacy of faith formation and educational excellence.
